Research progress on α-olefin polymerization catalyzed by Ni complexes
高端聚烯烃与高端合成润滑油市场需求的持续增长使高碳α-烯烃聚合领域备受关注.催化剂是聚合过程中的关键要素之一.后过渡金属催化剂因独特的链行走能力,有望用于开发全新的聚烯烃材料.镍配合物催化剂的成本优势使其成为后过渡金属催化剂中应用更广泛的一类.聚焦于镍配合物催化剂在 α-烯烃聚合中的应用,综述了近年来该领域的研究进展,包括不同结构镍配合物催化剂的催化活性,聚合物微结构特征,聚合物微结构与宏观性能的对应关系,并对该领域未来发展方向进行了展望.
The market demand for high-end polyolefins and high-end synthetic lubricants has increased continuously,drawing significant attention to the polymerization of long-chain α-olefin.The catalysts serve as one of the key factors in the polymerization process.With unique chain walking capability,late-transition metal catalysts show great potential for developing brand-new polyolefin materials.Among those catalysts,nickel complex catalysts are much more widely used thanks to the cost-effectiveness.With a focus on the application of nickel complex catalysts in α-olefin polymerization,recent research advances in this field are reviewed,including the catalytic activity of nickel complex catalysts with various structures,the polymer microstructures,and the correlation between the polymer microstructures and macroscopic properties.Perspectives on the future development of this field are also provided.
