Condensation heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of R513A in different micro-fin tubes

对一种光滑管和两种微肋管进行研究,分析管型、质量流速、冷凝温度等参数对传热系数及压降的影响,并对传热关联式进行了验证.实验结果表明,相较于光滑管,微肋管的传热系数和压降更大,微肋管的传热系数和压降均随质量流速的增加而增大,随冷凝温度的降低而增大,且在低质量流速下综合性能更优.Shah 关联式和 Fujii 关联式对光滑管的平均绝对误差分别为5.41%和5.65%;Ubudiyah关联式对微肋管的平均绝对误差为10.76%.

A kind of smooth tube and two kinds of micro-fin tubes were studied to analyze the effects of tube type,mass velocity,condensation temperature,and other parameters on heat transfer coefficients and pressure drop.Heat transfer correlations were validated.The experimental results indicate that compared with smooth tube,micro-fin tubes exhibit higher heat transfer coefficients and greater pressure drops.The heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop of micro-fin tubes increase with the increase of mass velocity and with the decrease of condensation temperature.Both micro-fin tubes demonstrate superior overall performance at low mass velocities.The Shah correlation and Fujii correlation show mean absolute errors of 5.41%and 5.65%for the smooth tube,respectively.The Ubudiyah correlation shows the mean absolute error of 10.76%for the micro-fin tubes.
