[目的]本研究旨在明确不同品种、生育期对藜麦内生真菌多样性的影响.[方法]在山西省藜麦种植基地采集不同生育期的4个品种材料:'白藜1号'(品种1)、'白藜2号'(品种2)、'静灰1号'(品种3)、'红藜2号'(品种4).采用宏基因测序方法,对得到的数据进行质量控制后进行文库构建,之后通过OTU聚类分析、物种多样性分析等方法进行多样性数据分析.[结果]藜麦中内生真菌主要包括38个属,相对丰度最高的5属依次为链格孢属(Alternaria spp.)44.47%、镰孢属(Fusarium spp.)10.23%、Aulographum spp.9.81%、曲霉属(Aspergillus spp.)6.69%、荚孢腔菌属(Sporormia spp.)5.46%.不同品种藜麦内生真菌多样性及群落结构有差异,其中品种1有32属并以镰孢属为优势属,品种2有17属并以根霉属(Rhizopus spp.)为优势属,品种3和品种4分别有34属和18属,都以链格孢属为优势属.花序类型不同时也有差异,团伞型34属,中间型32属,苋菜型17属,密集的花序类型内生真菌属数量较高,稀疏的花序类型属数量较低;生育期同样影响内生真菌多样性,开花期4~9属、灌浆期10~23属、成熟期10~31属,随生育期延长内生真菌属数量也增加.[结论]品种、花序类型和生育期对藜麦内生真菌多样性及群落结构有影响,其中品种影响最显著,其次为花序类型,生育期影响最小.

[Objective]This study aimed to clarify the effects of different varieties,growth stages,and inflorescence types on the diversity of endophytic fungi in quinoa.[Methods]Materials of four varieties at different growth stages were collected from a quinoa cultivation base in Shanxi Province:'Baili 1'(Variety 1),'Baili 2'(Variety 2),'Jinghui 1'(Variety 3),and'Hong-li 2'(Variety 4).Using the metagenomic sequencing method,after quality control of the obtained data,library construction was performed,followed by operational taxonomic units(OTU)clustering analysis,species diversity analysis,and other diver-sity related analyses.[Results]The endophytic fungi in quinoa mainly included 38 genera.The five genera with the highest rela-tive abundance were Alternaria spp.(44.47%),Fusarium spp.(10.23%),Aulographum spp.(9.81%),Aspergillus spp.(6.69%),and Sporormia spp.(5.46%).Differences in the diversity and community structure of endophytic fungi were ob-served among the varieties.Variety 1 contained 32 genera,dominated by Fusarium spp.;Variety 2 contained 17 genera,domi-nated by Rhizopus spp.;Variety 3 and 4,both dominated by Alternaria spp.,contained 34 and 18 genera,respectively.Dif-ferences were also found when inflorescence types were different:the glomerulate type had 34 genera,the intermediate type had 32 genera,and the amaranthiform type had 17 genera.The denser inflorescence types had higher numbers of endophytic fungal genera,while the sparser inflorescence type had fewer.The growth stages also affected endophytic fungal diversity,with 4~9 genera at the flowering stage,10~23 genera at the filling stage,and 10~31 genera at the maturity stage.The num-ber of endophytic fungal genera increased with the increase of growth stages.[Conclusion]Varieties,inflorescence type,and growth stage all influenced the diversity and community structure of endophytic fungi in quinoa.Among these factors,the ef-fect of variety was the most significant,followed by inflorescence type,while growth stage had the least influence.
