高邮湖浮游植物优势种生态位及种间联结季节分析OA
Seasonal Analysis of Niche and Interspecific Connectivity of Dominant Phytoplankton Species in Gaoyou Lake
探究高邮湖不同季节浮游植物群落优势种生态位及种间联结性,为高邮湖水体环境保护、富营养化治理及水生态系统修复提供科学依据与实践参考.2020年4月—2021年12月在高邮湖采集浮游植物样品和水样,采用生态位宽度、生态位重叠指数衡量浮游植物优势种在不同季节间的分布差异性,结合方差比率法、卡方检验等统计方法评估优势种的种间联结特征.结果显示:高邮湖春夏秋冬4个季节共出现浮游植物优势种 14种,具星小环藻(Cyclotella stelligera)、湖泊假鱼腥藻(Pseudanabaena limnetica)、水华束丝藻(Aphanizome-non flos-aquae)、尖尾蓝隐藻(Chroomonas acuta)是主要优势种.优势种的生态位宽度为0.167~0.880,季节性差异较大.生态位重叠值为0.11~0.97,呈现出夏季高、冬季低的重叠特征.方差比率法结果显示,优势种对间总体呈显著正关联;卡方检验显示,春、秋2个季节高邮湖生态系统结构相对成熟,各浮游植物之间生态需求不同,在资源和空间利用上竞争性不强,群落处于暂时稳定状态.高邮湖浮游植物优势种的种间关联性较弱,优势种的分布相对独立,群落结构组成相对简单.整体上高邮湖群落结构季节间呈现稳定-不稳定-稳定-不稳定的交叉发展模式.
Identification of dominant species is a good way to begin a study of the response of a biologi-cal community to their environment,and exploring differences in the ecological niches of dominant spe-cies and their interconnections is important for analyzing community change mechanisms.In this study,Gaoyou Lake in Jiangsu Province was selected for research,and we investigated the ecological niche and interspecies connectivity of dominant phytoplankton species in Gaoyou Lake across seasons.We aimed to reveal seasonal trends and adaptation mechanisms of the dominant phytoplankton categories and provide scientific and practical references for protecting water quality,controlling eutrophication,and restoring Gaoyou Lake.From April 2020 to December 2021,a field investigation of phytoplankton and water quality was carried out at 13 sampling sites in Gaoyou Lake.Ecological niche width and the niche overlap index were used to measure the distributions of dominant phytoplankton species in different seasons,and the variance ratio,chi-square,and other statistical methods were used to evaluate the interspecific associations of dominant phytoplankton species.A total of 14 dominant phytoplankton species were identified in the four monitoring seasons in Gaoyou Lake,with Cyclotella stelligera,Pseudanabaena lim-netica,Aphanizomenon flos-aquae,and Chroomonas acuta being primary.The ecological niche width of the dominant species ranged from 0.167 to 0.880,and seasonal differences were significant.The range of ecological niche overlap was 0.11-0.97,high in summer and low in winter.The results of the variance ra-tio showed significant positive associations among pairs of dominant species.Chi-square values showed that the ecosystem structure of Gaoyou Lake was relatively mature in spring and autumn,with ecological requirements varying among phytoplankton species.Competition for resources and space was not intense,and the community remained in a temporarily stable state.Interspecific associations among dominant phy-toplankton species in Gaoyou Lake were relatively weak,with relatively independent species distributions and a comparatively simple community structure.Overall,the phytoplankton community structure in Gaoyou Lake exhibited a pattern across seasons(spring to winter)of stable-unstable-stable-unstable.
