贵州草海水体溶解性有机质光谱特征及来源分析OA

探究丰水期和枯水期水体DOM的组成及来源差异,为认识湖泊水体碳循环过程和富营养化防治提供理论基础.以贵州草海为研究对象,利用紫外可见吸收光谱和三维荧光光谱技术分析草海稳态转换关键期(丰水期、枯水期)水体DOM的组成和来源,并结合平行因子分析定量评估DOM各组分的相对贡献.结果表明,草海丰水期溶解有机碳(DOC)含量11.08 mg/L,显著高于枯水期(6.40 mg/L)(P<0.01).草海水体DOM主要由类腐殖质组分(C1、C2、C4)和类蛋白质组分(C3)组成,其中类腐殖质组分为优势组分(>85%).丰水期、枯水期类蛋白组分受到沉水植物分布与人类活动影响,相对浓度的峰值集中在靠近县城和湖滨东南部沉水植物分布的区域,丰水期类腐殖质组分受到外源输入影响,相对浓度的峰值出现在湖心与出湖口;枯水期类腐殖质相对浓度峰值出现在靠近县城区域;丰水期草海水体DOM分子量显著高于枯水期,而枯水期芳香性特征更明显.草海DOM受内源和外源的共同影响,其中枯水期比丰水期内源性影响更为显著,表现出较强自生源特征,腐殖化程度低等特点.草海水体DOM空间分布及来源季节变化明显,DOM的组分、来源和相对分子大小之间具有显著相关关系,水体DOM的来源受内源释放影响较为显著.

Dissolved organic matter(DOM)is one of the primary driving factors of biogeochemical reac-tions,and it is important to analyze DOM composition and sources in lake water to control and prevent pollution.In this study,the composition and sources of DOM in Caohai Lake(Guizhou Province)were an-alyzed using ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy.The relative contribution of each component of DOM was then quantitatively evaluated by parallel factor analysis.The DOM level in Caohai Lake was 11.08 mg/L in the wet season,significantly higher than in the dry season(6.40 mg/L).Caohai Lake DOM was mainly composed of humic-like substances(C1,C2,C4)and protein-like substances(C3),and humic-like substances dominated,with fluorescence intensity accounting for over 85%of the total.The protein-like components were affected by the distribution of sub-merged macrophytes and human activities in both seasons,and the relative concentrations peaked near the county town and the southeast submerged macrophyte area.The humic-like components were affected by exogenous inputs in the wet season,and the peak concentrations were at the center of the lake and the lake outlet,while peak concentrations in the dry season were near the county town.The average molecular weight of DOM in Caohai Lake was significantly higher during the wet season than during the dry season,while aromaticity was more obvious in the dry season.The DOM of Caohai Lake was influenced by both endogenous and exogenous factors,with endogenous sources more significant in dry season,showing stronger autogenetic characteristics and lower humification.The spatial distribution and seasonal variation of DOM in Caohai Lake were clear.Furthermore,there was a significant correlation among the composi-tion,source and relative molecular size of DOM.The source of DOM in the water body of Caohai Lake is significantly related to endogenous release and we therefore recommend restoration of submerged macro-phytes in Caohai Lake as soon as possible and that steps be taken to control internal pollution.
