中共中央与上海党组织关系演变的历史考察(1920-1933)OACHSSCD

From the founding of the CPC to 1933,the Central Committee of the CPC and the Party Organization in Shanghai coexisted in the same city for a long time,forming a unique pattern of cen-tral-local interaction,providing a special perspective for observing the early central-local rela-tions of the CPC.The early Party Organization in Shanghai possessed the dual characteristics of cen-tral coordination and local execution,forming a symbiotic pattern of"central-local integration".After the founding of the CPC,the central-local relationship shifted to the relationship of comple-mentary functions and close cooperation,which not only integrated the early scattered resources,but also strengthened the unified leadership of the Central Committee of the CPC.After the failure of the Great Revolution,facing severe survival pressures and complex intra-party ecology,although both the central and local parties maintained positive coordination within a certain scope,differences fre-quently emerged in issues such as power division and personnel arrangements.This special process of central-local interaction reflects the dynamic adjustment of the early survival and development of the CPC in the White Zone,and also provides an important historical reference for the subsequent improvement of the party's leadership mechanism and the healthy development of central-local rela-tions.
