目的 探讨透析机水处理系统定期维护对透析水质及设备利用的影响,分析不同维护频率与纯水水质和透析液水质之间的关联性.方法 选取 2024 年 1-12 月烟台市烟台山医院血液净化中心 10 台透析机,随机分为观察组(5 台,对水处理系统采取按月维护)与对照组(5 台,对水处理系统采取按季度维护).对比两组透析水质、透析液取样指标(包括电导率、细菌总数及内毒素).结果 观察组电导率(纯水)、细菌总数(纯水与透析液)、内毒素(纯水与透析液)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 将透析机水处理系统的维护频率从季度变更成月度,可显著提升透析水质,降低水处理设备故障发生率,提高设备利用率.

Objective:To explore the influence of regular maintenance of water treatment system of dialyzer on dialysis water quality and equipment utilization,and analyze the correlation between different maintenance frequencies and pure water quality and dialysate water quality.Methods:Ten dialysis machines were selected from yantai mountain hospital Blood Purification Center in Yantai City from January to December,2024,and randomly divided into obser-vation group(5 machines,with monthly maintenance of water treatment system)and control group(5 machines,with quarterly maintenance of water treatment system).The dialysis water quality and dialysate sampling indexes(including conductivity、total bacterial count and endotoxin)were compared between the two groups.Results:The conductivity(pure water),total bacterial count(pure water and dialysate)and endotoxin(pure water and dialysate)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.0 5).Conclusion:Changing the maintenance frequency of dialysis machine water treatment system from quarterly to monthly can significantly improve the dialysis water quality,reduce the failure rate of water treatment equipment and improve the equipment utilization rate.
