肺部超声评分联合膈肌超声对重症肺部感染患者治疗效果及预后的评估价值OA

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and prognosis of pulmonary ultrasound score(LUS)combined with diaphrag-matic ultrasound in patients with severe pulmonary infection.Methods:One hundred and thirty-seven patients with severe pulmonary infection(including 91 cases of bacterial infection and 46 cases of viral infection)admitted to Hechi People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were divided into observation group(89 cases were good)and control group(48 ca-ses were poor)according to the curative effect.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The LUS of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment,and the diaphragm thickness fraction(DTF)and diaphragm deviation(DE)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the 3rd and 7th day of treatment,the correlation between LUS and pulmonary infection score(PIS)was the strongest,and the correlation between LUS and DTF was the weakest.LUS、DTF and DE are all related to the curative effect.3 d after treatment,the area under the operating characteristic curve(ROC)of each index was less than 7 d;The AUC value of joint detection is the largest.Conclusion:LUS and diaphragmatic ultrasound have significant correlation with the curative effect and prognosis of patients with severe pulmonary infection,and their combined application can improve the ability of curative effect evaluation and prognosis prediction.
