试验旨在探究发酵饲料对斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼生长性能、摄食、消化酶活性及肌肉品质的影响.选取216 000尾初始体重为(100.79±10.23)g的健康斑点叉尾鮰,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复12 000尾.对照组(T0组)养殖全程投喂基础饲料,间隔投喂组(T1组)每5 d使用发酵饲料替代20%的基础饲料,持续投喂组(T2组)养殖全程使用发酵饲料替代20%的基础饲料.预试期14 d,正式试验期180 d.结果显示,与T0组相比,T1组末重(FBW)、增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)及肥满度(CF)显著提高(P<0.05),饲料系数(FCR)、脏体比(VSI)、肝体比(HSI)及肠体比(ISI)显著降低(P<0.05).与T0组相比,T1组和T2组野鼠色基因相关蛋白(agrp)、神经肽(npy)和胃饥饿素(ghrelin)mRNA表达量显著上调(P<0.05),促甲状腺激素释放激素(trh)、瘦素受体(lepr)、阿片促黑素皮质素原(pomc)、瘦素(leptin)、可卡因-苯丙胺调节转录物(cart)及胆囊收缩素(cck)mRNA表达量显著下调(P<0.05).T1组和T2组肠道和胰腺中α-淀粉酶(AMS)、胰蛋白酶(TRY)、脂肪酶(LPS)和钠钾腺苷三磷酸酶(Na+-K+-ATPase)活性均显著提高(P<0.05),全鱼营养成分和肌肉品质无显著差异(P>0.05).研究表明,发酵饲料可以改善斑点叉尾鮰幼鱼的生长性能,促进食欲基因的表达,提高消化酶活性.实际生产中建议采用每5 d使用发酵饲料替代20%基础饲料的饲喂方式.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of fermented feed on the growth performance,feeding,digestive enzyme activity,and muscle quality of juvenile Ictalurus punctatus.A total of 216 000 healthy Ictalurus punctatus with an initial weight of(100.79±10.23)g were selected and randomly divided into three groups,with six replicates per group and 12 000 Ictalurus punctatus per replicate.The control group(group T0)was fed with basic feed throughout the entire breeding process,the interval feeding group(group T1)was fed with fermented feed every five days to replace 20%of the basic feed,and the continuous feeding group(group T2)was fed with fermented feed to replace 20%of the basic feed throughout the breeding process.The pre-test period lasted for 14 days,and the formal trial period lasted for 180 days.The results showed that compared with the group T0,the final weight(FBW),weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR),and condition factor(CF)in group T1 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed coefficient(FCR),visceral index(VSI),hepatosomatic index(HSI),and intestosomatic index(ISI)were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the group T0,the mRNA expression levels of agouti-related protein(agrp),neuropeptide Y(npy),and ghrelin in the groups T1 and T2 were significantly upregulated(P<0.05),while the mRNA expression levels of thyrotropin releasing hormone(trh),leptin receptor(leptin),proopiomelanocortin(pomc),leptin,cocaine-amphetamine regulated transcript(cart),and cholecystokinin(cck)were significantly downregulated(P<0.05).The activities of α-amylase(AMS),trypsin(TRY),lipase(LPS),and sodium potassium adenosine triphosphatase(Na+-K+-ATPase)in the intestinal and pancreatic segments of groups T1 and T2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in nutritional composition of the whole fish and muscle quality(P>0.05).The study shows that fermented feed can improve the growth performance,promote expression of appetite genes,and enhance digestive enzyme activity of juvenile Ictalurus punctatus.In actual production,it is recommended to adopt the feeding method of using fermented feed every five days to replace 20%of the basic feed.
