试验旨在探究连翘果粉对肉鹅生长性能、炎症因子水平、免疫指标、抗氧化功能及肌肉代谢组学的影响.选取192只53日龄体重相近的健康三花鹅,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复16只.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.25%(T1组)、0.50%(T2组)和1.00%(T3组)的连翘果粉.预试期7 d,正式试验期125 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,T2组和T3组平均日增重有所提高(P>0.05),料重比极显著降低(P<0.01);试验组平均日采食量极显著降低(P<0.01).试验组肝脏肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量极显著降低(P<0.01),T2组和T3组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著降低(P<0.05).试验组肝脏中免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量有所降低(P>0.05).试验组肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性无显著差异(P>0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01).胸肌代谢组学分析表明,磷酸吡哆胺5'-磷酸、γ-谷氨酰半胱氨酸和二十碳烯酸可能是连翘果粉增强肌肉抗氧化功能的关键代谢物.研究表明,饲粮中添加连翘果粉可以改善肉鹅生长性能,降低炎症因子水平,增强抗氧化功能.综合各项指标,在基础饲粮中添加0.50%的连翘果粉效果最优.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Forsythia suspensa fruit powder on the growth performance,inflammatory factor levels,immune indicators,antioxidant function,and muscle metabolomics in meat geese.A total of 192 healthy Sanhua geese at 53 days of age with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group and 16 geese per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.25%(group T1),0.50%(group T2),and 1.00%(group T3)Forsythia suspensa fruit powder,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 125 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain in groups T2 and T3 was increased(P>0.05).The feed to gain ratio was extremely decreased in groups T2 and T3(P<0.01).The average daily feed intake in experimental groups was extremely decreased(P<0.01).The tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)content in the liver of experimental groups was extremely decreased(P<0.01).The interleukin-2(IL-2)content in groups T2 and T3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The concentrations of immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)in the liver of experimental groups were decreased(P>0.05).No significant differences were observed in the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and catalase(CAT)in the liver of experimental groups(P>0.05),while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was extremely decreased(P<0.01).Metabolomics analysis of pectoral muscle showed that pyridoxamine 5'-phosphate,γ-glutamylcysteine,and eicosenoic acid might be the key metabolites for Forsythia suspensa fruit powder to enhance the antioxidant capacity of muscle.The study shows that dietary supplementation of Forsythia suspensa fruit powder can improve growth performance,reduce inflammatory levels,and enhance antioxidant function of meat geese.Based on comprehensive evaluation of various indicators,dietary supplementation of 0.50%Forsythia suspensa fruit powder has the optimal effect.
