木薯青贮对肉牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及经济效益的影响OA
Effects of cassava silage on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and economic benefits of beef cattle
试验旨在探究木薯青贮替代全株玉米青贮对肉牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及经济效益的影响.选取64头体况相近的健康西门塔尔杂交肉牛,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复4头.对照组(CK组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂用木薯青贮替代25%(木薯青贮1组)、50%(木薯青贮2组)和100%(木薯青贮3组)全株玉米青贮的饲粮.预试期7 d,正式试验期60 d.结果显示,与CK组相比,木薯青贮2组平均日增重显著提高12.50%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低9.83%(P<0.05).木薯青贮2组中性洗涤纤维和粗蛋白的表观消化率分别显著提高10.06%和14.06%(P<0.05),木薯青贮1组和木薯青贮2组酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率分别显著提高4.97%和10.69%(P<0.05).木薯青贮2组瘤胃液中氨态氮和丁酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),菌体蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05);木薯青贮2组和木薯青贮3组瘤胃液pH值显著降低(P<0.05).木薯青贮1组、2组和3组肉牛养殖效益分别增加13.12%、53.99%和39.88%,以木薯青贮2组最高.研究表明,木薯青贮在肉牛养殖中替代全株玉米青贮可以有效改善生长性能、瘤胃发酵参数、营养物质表观消化率及养殖经济效益,以50%的替代比例效果最佳.
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of replacing whole-plant corn silage with cassava silage on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and economic benefits of beef cattle.A total of 64 healthy Simmental crossbred beef cattle with similar body condition were selected and randomly divided into four groups with four replicates per group and four cattle per replicate.The control group(group CK)was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed diets in which whole-plant corn silage was replaced with cassava silage at 25%(cassava silage group 1),50%(cassava silage group 2),and 100%(cassava silage group 3),respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with the group CK,the average daily gain in cassava silage group 2 was significantly increased by 12.50%(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased by 9.83%(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and crude protein in cassava silage group 2 were significantly increased by 10.06%and 14.06%,respectively(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber in cassava silage group 1 and cassava silage group 2 was significantly increased by 4.97%and 10.69%,respectively(P<0.05).In cassava silage group 2,the ammonia nitrogen and butyric acid concentrations in rumen fluid were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the microbial protein content was significantly increased(P<0.05).The rumen fluid pH value in cassava silage group 2 and cassava silage group 3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The breeding benefits of beef cattle in cassava silage groups 1,2,and 3 were increased by 13.12%,53.99%,and 39.88%,respectively,with the highest value in cassava silage group 2.The study shows that replacing whole-plant corn silage with cassava silage in beef cattle breeding can effectively improve growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters,nutrient apparent digestibility,and breeding economic benefits,with the optimal replacement ratio being 50%.
