杂粕替代豆粕及低蛋白饲粮对驴体外营养物质降解率及盲肠发酵特性的影响OA
Effects of replacing soybean meal with miscellaneous meals and low-protein diets on in vitro nutrient degradability and cecal fermentation characteristics in donkeys
试验旨在探究杂粕替代豆粕及低蛋白饲粮对驴体外营养物质降解率及盲肠发酵特性的影响.选取4岁、体重(235.0±5.0)kg的健康德州驴作为盲肠液供体,进行体外培养.采用双因素完全随机设计,因素一为饲粮蛋白水平,设正常蛋白水平(12.50%,CP1)和低蛋白水平(11.00%,CP2);因素二为杂粕(菜籽粕、玉米胚芽粕等)替代豆粕比例,设0(D0)、20%(D20)、40%(D40)、60%(D60)、80%(D80)、100%(D100)6个替代比例,共12个处理,每个处理6个重复.除CP1D0处理外,其他处理均补充赖氨酸(Lys)和蛋氨酸(Met)至与CP1D0处理水平相近.结果显示,与CP1处理相比,CP2处理胃-小肠-盲肠干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)降解率,24 h和48 h产气量,以及丙酸、丁酸、异丁酸、戊酸含量、乙酸/丙酸无显著差异(P>0.05),pH值、氨态氮(NH3-N)、菌体蛋白(BCP)、乙酸含量极显著降低(P<0.01).D0~D60处理胃-小肠-盲肠有机物(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)降解率极显著高于D100处理(P<0.01);D60处理pH值和NH3-N含量极显著高于D80处理和D100处理(P<0.01),乙酸含量极显著高于其他处理(P<0.01),戊酸含量显著高于D0处理和D20处理(P<0.05);D0~D100处理的DM、粗脂肪(EE)、NDF、ADF降解率,以及BCP含量、24 h和48 h产气量、总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量无显著差异(P>0.05).饲粮蛋白水平与豆粕替代比例的互作效应对胃-小肠-盲肠OM降解率、丙酸含量具有显著影响(P<0.05),对pH值和乙酸含量具有极显著影响(P<0.01).研究表明,在补充Lys和Met前提下,将饲粮蛋白水平由12.50%降至11.00%具有可行性;利用杂粕替代20%~60%豆粕对驴营养物质降解率无负面影响,可有效节约豆粕蛋白饲料资源.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of replacing soybean meal with miscellaneous meals and low-protein diets on the in vitro nutrient degradability and cecal fermentation characteristics in donkeys.Four-year-old,healthy Dezhou donkeys with a body weight of(235.0±5.0)kg were selected as donors of cecal fluid for in vitro culture.A two-factor completely randomized design was adopted.Factor one was normal protein level(12.5%,CP1)and low protein level(11.0%,CP2).Factor two was the proportion of soybean meal replaced by miscellaneous meals(rapeseed meal,corn germ meal,etc.),set at six levels:0(D0),20%(D20),40%(D40),60%(D60),80%(D80),and 100%(D100),resulting in a total of 12 treatments with six replicates per treatment.Except the CP1D0 treatment,other treatments were supplemented with lysine(Lys)and methionine(Met)to levels similar to those of the CP1D0 treatment.The results showed that compared with the CP1 treatment,CP2 treatment exhibited no significant differences in the degradability of dry matter(DM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in the stomach-small intestine-cecum,gas production at 24 hour and 48 hour,as well as concentrations of propionic acid,butyric acid,isobutyric acid,valeric acid,and acetic acid/propionic acid(P>0.05).The pH value,ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N),bacterial crude protein(BCP),and acetic acid concentrations were extremely reduced(P<0.01).The degradability of organic matter(OM)and crude protein(CP)in the stomach-small intestine-cecumin of D0~D60 treatments were extremely higher than that in the D100 treatment(P<0.01).The pH value and NH3-N concentration in the D60 treatment were extremely higher than those in the D80 and D100 treatments(P<0.01),the acetic acid content was extremely higher than that in the other treatments(P<0.01),and the valeric acid content was significantly higher than that in the D0 and D20 treatments(P<0.05).There were no significant differences among the D0~D100 treatments in the degradability of DM,crude fat(EE),NDF,and ADF in the stomach-small intestine-cecumin,BCP concentration,gas production at 24 hour and 48 hour,and total volatile fatty acid(TVFA)concentration(P>0.05).The interaction between dietary protein level and soybean meal substitution ratio had a significant effect on degradability of OM and propionic acid content(P<0.05),and an extremely effect on pH value and acetic acid content(P<0.01).The study shows that reducing the dietary protein level from 12.5%to 11.0%is feasible provided that Lys and Met are supplemented.Replacing 20%~60%of soybean meal with miscellaneous meals has no negative impact on nutrient digestibility in donkeys and can effectively conserve soybean meal protein feed resources.
