甜菜碱对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响OA
Effects of betaine on production performance,egg quality,and serum biochemical indices of laying hens during late laying period
试验旨在探究不同水平甜菜碱对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响.选取600只470日龄、体况一致的健康京红1号蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组8个重复,每个重复15只.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加200(BetⅠ组)、400(BetⅡ组)、600(BetⅢ组)和800 mg/kg(BetⅣ组)甜菜碱.预试期1 w,正式试验期8 w.结果显示,与对照组相比,BetⅡ组和BetⅣ组平均蛋重分别显著提高3.59%和2.64%(P<0.05),BetⅠ组、BetⅢ组和BetⅣ组料蛋比分别显著降低8.64%、5.91%和6.82%(P<0.05).BetⅡ组和BetⅣ组蛋壳强度分别显著提高47.55%和62.59%(P<0.05),BetⅠ组~BetⅣ组蛋白高度分别显著提高27.91%、26.50%、26.76%和 25.86%(P<0.05),Bet Ⅰ组和 Bet Ⅱ组蛋黄颜色分别显著增强 19.13%和 14.80%(P<0.05),BetⅡ组、BetⅢ组和BetⅣ组哈氏单位分别显著提高11.44%、12.49%和12.36%(P<0.05).BetⅠ组~BetⅣ组血清甘油三酯(TG)含量分别显著降低46.57%、43.29%、51.09%和49.86%(P<0.05).研究表明,甜菜碱可以提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的生产性能、改善蛋品质、促进脂质代谢,以生产性能为核心评价指标,推荐甜菜碱适宜添加水平为800 mg/kg.
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different betaine levels on the production performance,egg quality,and serum biochemical indices of laying hens during the late laying period.A total of 600 healthy 470-day-old Jinghong No.1 laying hens with uniform body condition were selected and randomly divided into five groups with eight replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 200(group BetⅠ),400(group BetⅡ),600(group BetⅢ),and 800 mg/kg(group BetⅣ)of betaine,respectively.The pre-test period was one week,and the formal test period was eight weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average egg weight in groups Bet Ⅱ and Bet Ⅳ was significantly increased by 3.59%and 2.64%,respectively(P<0.05).The feed-to-egg ratio in groups Bet Ⅰ,Bet Ⅲ and Bet Ⅳ was significantly decreased by 8.64%,5.91%,and 6.82%,respectively(P<0.05).The eggshell strength in groups BetⅡ and BetⅣ was significantly improved by 47.55%and 62.59%,respectively(P<0.05).The albumen height in group BetⅠ to group Bet Ⅳ was significantly increased by 27.91%,26.50%,26.76%,and 25.86%,respectively(P<0.05).The yolk color in groups Bet Ⅰ and Bet Ⅱ was significantly enhanced by 19.13%and 14.80%,respectively(P<0.05).The haugh unit in groups BetⅡ,BetⅢ,and BetⅣ was significantly increased by 11.44%,12.49%,and 12.36%,respectively(P<0.05).The serum triglyceride(TG)content in group BetⅠ to group BetⅣ was significantly decreased by 46.57%,43.29%,51.09%,and 49.86%,respectively(P<0.05).The study shows that betaine can improve the production performance,enhance egg quality,and promote lipid metabolism in laying hens during the late laying period.Taking production performance as the core evaluation indicator,the recommended appropriate dietary supplementation level of betaine is 800 mg/kg.
