试验旨在探究饲粮添加不同剂量纳米硒对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、鸡蛋硒沉积量、免疫指标及抗氧化指标的影响.选取1 440只同批次、健康状况良好的280日龄荣达凤达1号蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复60只.对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组及高剂量组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.35 mg/kg亚硒酸钠(T0组)、0.25 mg/kg纳米硒(T1组)、0.35 mg/kg纳米硒(T2组)、0.45 mg/kg纳米硒(T3组).预试期3 d,正式试验期28 d.结果显示,T2组和T3组产蛋率显著高于T0组(P<0.05),料蛋比显著低于T0组(P<0.05).T1组、T2组和T3组蛋白高度、哈氏单位显著高于T0组(P<0.05).T2组和T3组的鸡蛋硒含量显著高于T0组(P<0.05).T2组和T3组血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量及T2组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于T0组(P<0.05),T1组、T2组和T3组血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著低于T0组(P<0.05).T2组血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于T0组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于T0组(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加适宜剂量的纳米硒可以有效改善蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,促进硒沉积,增强机体免疫与抗氧化能力,建议在蛋鸡饲粮中添加0.35 mg/kg纳米硒.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with different doses of nano-selenium on the production performance,egg quality,egg selenium deposition,immune indices,and antioxidant indices of laying hens.A total of 1 440 healthy Rongda Fengda No.1 laying hens,aged 280 days from the same batch,were selected and randomly divided into four groups with six replicates per group and 60 hens per replicate.The control group,low-dose group,medium-dose group,and high-dose group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.35 mg/kg sodium selenite(group T0),0.25 mg/kg nano-selenium(group T1),0.35 mg/kg nano-selenium(group T2),and 0.45 mg/kg nano-selenium(group T3),respectively.The pre-test period was three days,and the formal test period was 28 days.The results showed that the laying rate in groups T2 and T3 was significantly higher than those in group T0(P<0.05),while the feed-to-egg ratio was significantly lower than that in group T0(P<0.05).The albumen height and Haugh unit in groups T1,T2,and T3 were significantly higher than those in group T0(P<0.05).The egg selenium content in groups T2 and T3 was significantly higher than that in group T0(P<0.05).The content of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)in groups T2 and T3,and the immunoglobulin G(IgG)content in group T2,were significantly higher than those in group T0(P<0.05).The concentrations of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in groups T1,T2,and T3 were significantly lower than those in group T0(P<0.05).The activities of serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in group T2 were significantly higher than those in group T0(P<0.05),while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly lower than that in group T0(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary supplementation with an appropriate dose of nano-selenium can effectively improve production performance and egg quality,increase selenium deposition,and enhance immune function and antioxidant capacity in laying hens.It is recommended to add 0.35 mg/kg of nano-selenium to the diet of laying hens.
