发酵中草药对妊娠母猪繁殖性能、血清生化指标、免疫功能和抗氧化功能的影响OA
Effects of fermented Chinese herbal medicine on reproductive performance,serum biochemical parameters,immune function,and antioxidant function of pregnant sows
试验旨在探究发酵中草药对妊娠母猪繁殖性能、血清生化指标、免疫功能和抗氧化功能的影响.选取27头妊娠后期体况良好的河西黑猪,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复3头.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加1%(1%CN组)和2%发酵中草药(2%CN组).预试期5 d,正式试验期35 d.结果显示,与CON组相比,1%CN组仔猪初生重显著提高(P<0.05),2%CN组仔猪初生窝重和初生重显著提高(P<0.05).1%CN组母猪血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低(P<0.05),2%CN组ALT活性显著降低(P<0.05).1%CN组母猪血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05),2%CN组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和IgA含量显著提高(P<0.05);试验组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著提高(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05).1%CN组母猪血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加发酵中草药能够提高妊娠母猪的繁殖性能,改善血清生化指标,增强机体免疫功能和抗氧化功能,添加量以2%效果较好.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of fermented Chinese herbal medicine on the reproductive performance,serum biochemical parameters,immune function,and antioxidant function of pregnant sows.A total of 27 late pregnancy Hexi black sows with good body condition,were selected and randomly divided into three groups,with three replicates per group and three sows per replicate.The control group(group CON)was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1%(group 1%CN)and 2%fermented Chinese herbal medicine(group 2%CN),respectively.The pre-tesr period was five days,and the formal test period was 35 days.The results showed that compared with group CON,the birth weight of piglets in group 1%CN was significantly increased(P<0.05).the litter birth weight and birth weight in group 2%CN were significantly increased(P<0.05).The activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and the content of urea nitrogen(BUN)in the serum of sows in group 1%CN were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The ALT activity in group 2%CN was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum concentrations of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in group 1%CN were significantly increased(P<0.05).The concentrations of immunoglobulin G(IgG)and IgA in group 2%CN were significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of interleukin-6(IL-6)in experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in group 1%CN was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary supplementation with fermented Chinese herbal medicine can enhance the reproductive performance,improve serum biochemical parameters,and boost immune function and antioxidant function of pregnant sows.The supplementation level of 2%demonstrates superior effects.
