脯氨酸基环二肽对母猪繁殖性能、初乳成分及血清免疫因子的影响OA
Effects of proline-based cyclic dipeptide on reproductive performance,colostrum composition,and serum immune factors in sows
试验旨在探究脯氨酸基环二肽对母猪繁殖性能、"三联症"发病情况、初乳成分、血清免疫因子及抗氧化指标的影响.选取96头2~5胎次的健康二元母猪,随机分为4组,每组24个重复,每个重复1头.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.05%、0.10%和0.15%的脯氨酸基环二肽.试验期58 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组仔猪成活率分别提高0.97%、4.63%和3.79%,试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组28 d仔猪断奶窝重显著提高(P<0.05).试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组产后"三联症"总发病率分别降低22.22%、33.33%和55.56%.初乳成分分析显示,试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组体细胞数显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05).试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性极显著提高(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组丙二醛含量极显著降低(P<0.01).研究表明,适量添加脯氨酸基环二肽能够提高母猪繁殖性能,降低"三联症"发病率,改善初乳品质并增强机体抗氧化能力与免疫力,建议添加比例为0.10%.
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of proline-based cyclic dipeptide on the reproductive performance,the incidence of postpartum'triple syndrome',colostrum composition,serum immune factors,and antioxidant indices in sows.A total of 96 healthy binary sows parities 2~5 were randomly divided into four groups with 24 replicates per group and one sow per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ received the basal diet supplemented with 0.05%,0.10%,and 0.15%proline-based cyclic dipeptide,respectively.The test period was 58 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the piglet survival rates in experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ increased by 0.97%,4.63%,and 3.79%,respectively.The 28-day litter weaning weight was significantly increased in experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05).The overall incidence of postpartum'triple syndrome'in experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ decreased by 22.22%,33.33%,and 55.56%,respectively.Colostrum analysis indicated that the somatic cell count was significantly decreased in experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05),and the immunoglobulin M(IgM)content was significantly increased in experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ(P<0.05).The glutathione peroxidase activity was extremely increased in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.01),and the malondialdehyde content was extremely decreased in experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ(P<0.01).The study shows that appropriate supplementation with proline-based cyclic dipeptide can improve reproductive performance,reduce the incidence of'triple syndrome',enhance colostrum quality,and strengthen the antioxidant capacity and immunity in sows.The recommended supplementation level is 0.10%.
