试验旨在探究非常规饲料组合下不同饲粮精粗比对育肥湖羊生长性能、养分表观消化率、瘤胃发酵参数及经济效益的影响.选取54只体重(19.31±0.55)kg的健康湖羊公羔,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只.Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别饲喂精粗比为50∶50、60∶40、70∶30的全混合饲粮.预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d.结果显示,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组末重和平均日采食量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组平均日增重较Ⅰ组显著提高16.08%(P<0.05).Ⅲ组干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪的表观消化率显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).Ⅲ组乙酸/丙酸显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).Ⅲ组经济效益高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,分别提高11.85%和10.22%(P>0.05).研究表明,饲粮精粗比为70∶30可以有效改善育肥湖羊的生长性能,提高经济效益.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different dietary concentrate-to-roughage ratios under unconventional feed combination on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,rumen fermentation parameters,and economic benefits of fattening Hu sheep.A total of 54 healthy male Hu lambs with a body weight of(19.31±0.55)kg were randomly divided into three groups,with three replicates per group and six sheep per replicate.Groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were fed total mixed rations with concentrate-to-roughage ratios of 50∶50,60∶40,and 70∶30,respectively.The pre-test period was 10 days,and the formal test period was 60 days.The results showed that the final body weight and average daily feed intake in the groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in the group Ⅰ(P<0.05).The average daily gain in the group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in the group Ⅰ by 16.08%(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,and crude fat in the group Ⅲ were significantly higher than that in the groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber in the group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in the group Ⅰ(P<0.05).The acetate/propionate in the group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).The economic benefit in the group Ⅲ was higher than that in the groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ by 11.85%and 10.22%,respectively(P>0.05).The study shows that dietary concentrate-to-roughage ratio of 70∶30 can effectively improve the growth performance and economic benefits of fattening Hu sheep.
