针对传统水利视频监控系统仅具备图像采集功能易因监管不到位造成严重事故的问题,面向水库、河道、泵站、闸站等水利工程现场业务场景,设计开发智能视频识别系统.采用改进YOLOv5目标检测模型,引入Transformer模型与自注意力机制,构建涵盖水尺读数、水体漂浮物、道路积水、人员入侵的多种检测模型,实现对水利工程现场视频图像的实时分析.采用Java语言开发基于微服务架构体系的智能视频识别系统,包含视频AI分析与训练两大子系统,不仅能通过调用模型和实时视频进行AI识别分析,发现异常自动推送告警提醒,还可借助持续丰富样本实现模型的自我迭代优化,不断提高识别模型的精度.研究成果不仅推动视频监控系统在水利行业实现更高层次的智能化升级,还为水利工程现代化管理水平的提升提供有力支撑.

Traditional water conservancy video surveillance systems were limited to basic image acquisition,leading to a risk of serious accidents due to inadequate oversight.To address these issues,an intelligent video recognition system was designed and developed for on-site scenarios in water conservancy projects,including reservoirs,rivers,pumping stations,and gate stations.By utilizing an improved YOLOv5 object detection model integrated with Transformer and self-attention mechanisms,the system established a series of detection models covering water gauge reading,floating objects,road waterlogging,and personnel intrusion,enabling real-time analysis of field video streams.Developed in Java using a microservices architecture,the system comprised two core subsystems:AI-based video analysis and model training.It not only performed real-time AI recognition and automatically triggers alert notifications but also facilitated self-iterative model optimization through continuous sample enrichment,thereby improving recognition accuracy.The research results promote the intelligent upgrading of surveillance systems in the water conservancy industry and provide robust technical support for modernizing water conservancy management.
