随着西南地区大型水电工程向复杂地质区的规模化发展,传统地质勘测手段在恶劣环境与地质不确定性下的局限性日益凸显,当前水电工程勘测虽已形成部分数字化标准,但数字化智能化标准体系仍亟待完善.本文聚焦水电工程勘测数字化智能化转型需求,在系统梳理国内外水电勘测领域相关技术标准现状的基础上,辨析勘测数智化与数智化勘测的层次差异,基于既有的水电勘测标准框架,构建了水电勘测数字化智能化标准体系框架,可为相关标准的研制提供参考.

With the large-scale development of hydropower projects into complex geological areas in southwestern China,the limitations of traditional geological surveying methods under harsh environments and geological uncertainties are increasingly revealed.Although some digital standards have been established for hydropower engineering surveying,the intelligent standard system remains underdeveloped and requires significant improvement.Focusing on the needs of the digital and intelligent transformation in hydropower engineering surveying,this paper systematically reviews the current status of relevant technical standards in the field domestically and internationally.It distinguishes the hierarchical differences between digital-intelligent surveying and intelligent-digitalized surveying.Based on existing standard framework for hydropower surveying,a digital and intelligent standard system framework for hydropower engineering surveying is constructed,providing references for the development of related standards.
