优化可再生能源项目用地取得方式及程序的路径及政策建议OA

Serving as the physical carrier for renewable energy projects,how to acquire land legally,compliantly,rationally and efficiently is a critical step in renewable energy project development.With the vigorous development of renewable energy projects in China,the issue of land use for renewable energy projects has become prominent and has become a key problem constraint on project development.This article analyzes the main problems existing in the land use of renewable energy projects,and proposes optimization paths such as establishing a major renewable energy project database,streamlining land approval processes,addressing competitive involution and local free-riding practices,and strengthening land approval management.Additionally,it also offers policy recommendations,including introducing a land type of"energy land",appropriately adjusting temporary land use durations for hydropower projects,and clarifying that permanent land use for renewable energy projects can be obtained through allocation.
