Land Use Standards for Renewable Energy Projects
"双碳"目标下可再生能源项目进入快速发展期,但项目用地矛盾日益凸显,科学合理的用地标准已成为保障可再生能源项目健康可持续发展的关键因素.本文结合可再生能源项目用地的管理规定和要求,梳理了现阶段常见可再生能源项目的用地现状及用地特点,分析了项目用地存在的问题与挑战,并联系实践经验对可再生能源项目用地标准提出了完善建议.
Under the"Dual Carbon"goals,renewable energy projects are expanding rapidly,yet the land use conflicts are becoming increasingly prominent.Scientific and rational land use standards have become a critical factor in ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of renewable energy projects.Based on the management regulations and requirements of land use for renewable energy projects at the national and provincial levels,this paper summarizes current status and characteristics of land use for common renewable energy projects,analyzes existing problems and challenges,and proposes recommendations for improving land use standards in connection with practical experiences.
