Analysis of the Impact of Shield Tunneling on Existing Shallow-Foundation Buildings:Considering Horizontal Distance and Burial Depth Factors

为研究地铁盾构隧道施工对邻近浅基础建筑物的变形影响规律,以北京地区某典型地铁盾构工程为依托,采用 FLAC3D 数值模拟软件,构建了盾构隧道-土体-浅基础建筑物的三维耦合模型,分析了不同水平间距与埋深条件下建筑物的沉降与变形特征.结果表明:建筑物的沉降变形随隧道与建筑物水平间距的减小而增大;当隧道埋深从 23 m 增加到 29 m 时,地层扰动范围扩大,建筑物的整体沉降值和水平变形值均相应升高;建筑物基础对地表沉降槽形态具有约束作用,隧道下穿时沉降槽呈"U"型分布.研究揭示了盾构隧道施工引起的建筑物变形规律及空间效应特征,可为类似城市地铁工程的风险评估与控制提供参考.

To investigate the deformation influence of metro shield tunneling on adjacent shallow-foundation buildings,this study is based on a typical shield tunneling project in Beijing.A three-dimensional coupled model of the shield tunnel,soil,and shallow-foundation building was established using the FLAC3D numerical simulation software.The settlement and deformation characteristics of the building under different horizontal distances and burial depths were analyzed.The results indicate that the settlement and deformation of the building increase as the horizontal distance between the tunnel and the building decreases.When the tunnel burial depth increases from 23 m to 29 m,the range of ground disturbance expands,leading to an increase in both the overall settlement and horizontal deformation of the building.The building foundation constrains the shape of the surface settlement trough,resulting in a"U"-shaped settlement distribution when the tunnel passes beneath.The study reveals the deformation behavior and spatial effects of buildings induced by shield tunneling,providing a reference for risk assessment and control in similar urban metro projects.
