基于脑-肠轴探讨中西医调控肠道菌群治疗血管性痴呆的作用机制OA
Exploration of the Therapeutic Mechanism of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Regulating Intestinal Flora for Vascular Dementia Based on the Brain-Gut Axis
血管性痴呆(Vascular dementia,VaD)是一种常见的认知功能障碍疾病,其发病机制与脑-肠轴功能紊乱密切相关.本文系统阐述了脑-肠轴在血管性痴呆发病中的作用机制,重点探讨了肠道菌群通过神经炎症、代谢产物等途径影响脑血管和认知功能的具体过程.同时,从现代医学和传统中医学两个维度,深入分析了通过调节肠道菌群组成、优化代谢产物、维护肠道屏障功能等中西医结合手段治疗VaD的作用机制.
Vascular dementia(VaD)is a common cognitive dysfunction disorder,whose pathogenesis is closely associated with the dysfunction of the brain-intestine axis.This paper systematically expounds the mechanism of the brain-intestine axis in the pathogenesis of VaD,focusing on the specific processes by which intestinal flora affects cerebrovascular and cognitive functions through pathways such as neuroinflammation and metabolites.Meanwhile,from the dual perspectives of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,this paper deeply analyzes the therapeutic mechanisms of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating VaD,including regulating the composition of intestinal flora,optimizing metabolites,and maintaining intestinal barrier function.
