Comprehensive Evaluation of Soil and Forage Nutrient Dynamics During Warm and Cold Grazing Seasons in High-Altitude Grasslands of Qinghai Lake Region

研究以青海湖地区海晏县的哈勒景乡、青海湖乡和甘子河乡的3个天然草地为样地,分别于暖季(8月份)、冷季(11月份)在各样地随机采集牧草样品和土壤样品各20份,每份设3个重复.通过测定土壤养分、牧草养分含量及牧草体外发酵参数,对天然草地的土壤养分、牧草营养品质和草地承载力进行综合评价.结果表明:在暖季,哈勒景乡和甘子河乡草地土壤全钾(TK)、全磷(TP)含量显著高于青海湖乡的土壤(P<0.05),青海湖乡土壤铵态氮(NH4+-N)含量最高且天然牧草中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、钙(Ca)和磷(P)的含量均显著高于哈勒景乡的土壤;在冷季,哈勒景乡土壤速效钾(AK)含量较高,青海湖乡的天然草地牧草粗蛋白(CP)、钙(Ca)和磷(P)含量均显著高于甘子河乡牧草(P<0.05),而甘子河乡牧草的NDF和ADF含量较高.在牧草的体外发酵参数方面,暖季的青海湖乡牧草GP24 h、GP36 h、GP48 h均显著高于甘子河乡牧草(P<0.05),且乙酸和异丁酸浓度显著高于甘子河乡牧草(P<0.05);冷季的青海湖乡牧草GP36 h和GP48 h均显著高于甘子河乡牧草(P<0.05),且总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度显著高于哈勒景乡牧草(P<0.05).在理论载畜量方面,暖季的哈勒景乡草地数量载畜量较青海湖乡、甘子河乡分别高出4.41%和2.94%,可消化粗蛋白(DCP)营养载畜量分别高出10.77%和4.94%;冷季的哈勒景乡草地数量载畜量较青海湖乡高出20.38%,但DCP营养载畜量降低40%,而其数量载畜量与DCP营养载畜量仍较甘子河乡分别高出5.98%和29.41%.这表明哈勒景乡在草地数量载畜量方面具有一定优势,但在DCP营养载畜量方面表现存在一定差异.综合营养指标与载畜能力,建议暖季时可优先利用哈勒景乡的草地牧草,而冷季时则优先利用青海湖乡草地牧草以利于牦牛越冬,同时还需再结合草地距离与转移成本进一步优化草地放牧管理策略.

In this study,three natural grasslands in Halejing Township,Qinghaihu Township and Ganzihe Township of Haiyan County in the Qing-hai Lake region were used as sample plots.Twenty forage samples and 20 soil samples were randomly collected from each plot in the warm season(August)and cold season(November),respectively,with three replicates for each sample.By determining soil nutrients,forage nutrient contents and in vitro fermentation parameters of forage,a comprehensive evalu-ation was conducted on soil nutrients,forage nutritional quality and grassland carrying capacity of the natu-ral grasslands.The results showed that in the warm season,the contents of soil total potassium(TK)and total phosphorus(TP)in grasslands of Halejing Township and Ganzihe Township were significantly higher than those in Qinghaihu Township(P<0.05).The soil ammonium nitrogen(NH₄⁺-N)content in Qinghaihu Town-ship was the highest,and the contents of neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)in natural forage were significantly higher than those in Halejing Township.In the cold season,the soil available potassium(AK)content in Halejing Township was relatively high.The con-tents of crude protein(CP),calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)in forage from Qinghaihu Township were signifi-cantly higher than those from Ganzihe Township(P<0.05),while the soil NDF and ADF contents in Ganzihe Township were relatively high.For in vitro fermentation parameters of forage,the GP24 h,GP36 h and GP48 h of forage from Qinghaihu Township in the warm season were significantly higher than those from Ganzihe Township(P<0.05),and the concentrations of acetic acid and isobutyric acid were also significantly higher(P<0.05).In the cold season,the GP36 h and GP48 h of forage from Qinghaihu Township were significantly higher than those from Ganzihe Township(P<0.05),and the total volatile fatty acid(TVFA)concentration was significantly higher than that in Halejing Township(P<0.05).In terms of theoretical livestock carrying capacity,the quantitative livestock carrying capacity of grasslands in Halejing Township in the warm season was 4.41%and 2.94%higher than that in Qinghaihu Township and Ganzihe Township,respectively,and the digestible crude protein(DCP)nutritional carrying capacity was 10.77%and 4.94%higher,respectively.In the cold season,the quantitative livestock carrying capacity of grasslands in Halejing Township was 20.38%higher than that in Qinghaihu Township,but the DCP nutritional carrying capacity decreased by 40%,while its quantitative and DCP nutritional carrying capacities were still 5.98%and 29.41%higher than those in Ganzihe Township,respectively.This indicated that Halejing Township had certain advantages in grassland quantitative livestock carrying capacity,but showed certain differences in DCP nutritional carrying capacity.Based on comprehensive nutritional indexes and livestock carrying capacity,it is recommended that grass-land forage in Halejing Township should be preferentially utilized in the warm season,while forage in Qing-haihu Township should be prioritized in the cold season to facilitate the overwintering of yaks.Meanwhile,grassland grazing management strategies should be further optimized in combination with grassland distance and transfer costs..
