有氧运动对滩羊羔羊生长性能、血液生化指标及毛理化特性的影响OA
Effects of Aerobic Exercise on Growth Performance,Blood Biochemical Indicators and Hair Physical Properties of Tan Lambs from Beach Breed
为研究有氧运动对滩羊羔羊生长性能、血液生化指标、血液免疫指标及二毛期羔羊羊毛理化性能的影响.试验选取2017年出生、已产过2胎,经同期发情、同期受孕处理的母羊60只,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30只,试验组母羊每日有氧运动4~6 km,对照组母羊全舍饲养殖,羔羊出生后随母羊饲养,并在初生期和羔羊出生30 d左右的二毛期利用常规方法及酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定其生长性能、血液生化、血液免疫及抗氧化等指标,利用电镜及ELISA测定二毛期羔羊羊毛理化性能指标.结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组羔羊二毛期体重显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验组羔羊二毛期羊毛断裂伸长率显著升高(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验组羔羊二毛期羊毛毛纤维鳞片完整性好,密度较大,间距小.与二毛期对照组相比,二毛期试验组羔羊白细胞介素2、白细胞介素5、白细胞介素12、白细胞介素6、内皮素、血栓素B2水平显著降低(P<0.05).与初生期对照组相比,二毛期对照组白细胞介素2、白细胞介素6、白细胞介素12、碱性磷酸酶、白蛋白、血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著升高(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著降低(P<0.05).与初生期试验组相比,二毛期试验组白细胞介素3水平极显著降低(P<0.01).碱性磷酸酶、血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量含量显著升高(P<0.05),尿酸含量显著降低(P<0.05).与初生期对照组相比,初生期试验组尿酸含量显著升高(P<0.05).由此可见,羔羊每日有氧运动4~6 km可提高二毛期羔羊毛理化性能,降低血清促炎因子含量,降低机体炎性反应,提高机体健康水平.
In order to study the effects of aerobic exercise on growth performance,blood biochemical indi-cators,blood immune indexes and wool physical and chemical properties of Tan lamb.The experi-ment selected 60 female sheep that were born in 2017,had given birth to 2 offspring,and had undergone synchronized estrus and synchronized conception treatment.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the con-trol group,with 30 ewes in each group.The ewes in the experimental group exercised for 4-6 km daily,while the ewes in the control group were raised in a closed system.The growth performance,blood bio-chemical,blood immune,and antioxidant indicators of the lambs were measured using conventional methods and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)after birth and at the age of 30 d of the second growth period.The wool physical properties of the lambs during the second growth period were determined using an electron microscope and ELISA.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight of the lambs in the experimental group at the second growth period was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the elongation rate of the wool of the lambs in the experimental group at the second growth period was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the wool fibers of the lambs in the experimental group during the second growth period had better integrity,higher density,and smaller spacing.Compared with the control group during the second growth period,the levels of interleukin 2,interleukin 5,interleukin 12,interleukin 6,endothelin,and thromboxane B2 in the lambs of the experi-mental group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group at the birth stage,the levels of interleukin 2,interleukin 6,interleukin 12,alkaline phosphatase,albumin,blood glucose,total cho-lesterol,triacylglycerol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the control group during the second growth period were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the activity of glutathi-one peroxidase was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the experimental group at the birth stage,the level of interleukin 3 in the experimental group during the second growth period was extremely signifi-cantly lower(P<0.01).The levels of alkaline phosphatase,blood glucose,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the uric acid content was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group at the birth stage,the uric acid content in the experimental group at the birth stage was significantly higher(P<0.05).Thus,the ewes engage in aerobic exercise for 4-6 kilometers every day,the supplementary feeding for the lambs can improve the physical and chemical properties of their wool during the second growth period,reduce the content of serum pro-inflammatory factors,lower the inflammatory response of the body,and improve the health level of the body.
