酸化剂对猪生长性能、腹泻率及肉品质影响的Meta分析OA
Meta-Analysis of Effects of Acidifiers on Diarrhea Incidence,Meat Quality and Swine Growth Performance
研究通过Meta分析探讨酸化剂饲料添加剂对猪生长性能、腹泻率和肉品质的影响.共收集62组(包括试验组62份和对照组62份)数据,涵盖猪的生长、腹泻率和肉品质等方面,利用敏感性分析和漏斗图评估结果的稳定性和发表偏倚.Meta分析结果表明:酸化剂添加后,猪的平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)显著增加(P<0.05),显著降低料重比(F/G,P<0.05).与此同时,试验组还显著降低了仔猪的腹泻率(P<0.05),提高了猪群健康状态.另外,添加酸化剂后肉品在大理石纹、pH、肌内脂肪含量方面均有显著的提升(P<0.05),与之对应的,显著降低了剪切力、滴水损失和熟肉率等指标(P<0.05).漏斗图结果预示发表结果偏倚较小,较稳健.建议在猪生长过程中适量使用酸化剂,以提高生长性能和肉品质.
In this study,Meta-analysis was used to explore the specific effects of acidifier feed additives on swine growth performance,diarrhea incidence and meat quality.A total of 62 sets of data(including 62 samples from the experimental group and 62 from the control group)were collected,covering aspects such as swine growth,diarrhea incidence,and meat quality.Sensitivity analysis and funnel plots were employed to assess the stability of results and identify publication bias.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the aver-age daily gain(ADG)and average daily feed intake(ADFI)of swines were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio(F/G)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the experimental group also significantly reduced the incidence of diarrhea incidence in piglets(P<0.05)and improved the overall health status of the swine herd.In addition,after adding acidifier,marbling,pH value and intramuscular fat content were significantly improved(P<0.05),and shear force,drip loss and cooked meat rate were signifi-cantly reduced(P<0.05).The results of the funnel plot indicate that the publication results are less biased and more robust.It is recommended to use an appropriate amount of acidifiers in swine produc-tion to improve growth performance and meat quality.
