试验旨在研究挤压膨化油莎豆颗粒饲料的挤压膨化制备工艺,并研究其对肉鸡生长性能、血清免疫性能、血清抗氧化性能及经济效益的影响.采用单因素和响应面试验优化挤压膨化制备工艺参数,并选择400只21日龄的白羽肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复10只肉鸡.分别饲喂添加0[A组(对照组)]、5%(B组)、10%(C组)和15%(D组)挤压膨化油莎豆粕颗粒饲料的试验饲粮,试验期21 d.结果表明:①挤压膨化油莎豆颗粒饲料的最优制备工艺参数为物料含水率21%、螺杆转速320 r/min、Ⅲ区温度170℃,此条件下糊化度为91.1%.②与对照组相比,B、C、D组肉鸡的平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)显著提高(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05).③与对照组相比,B、C、D组肉鸡的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量均显著提高(P<0.05),白细胞介素2(IL-2)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量均降低,其中IL-2含量显著降低(P<0.05).④与对照组相比,B、C、D组肉鸡的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性均显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05).⑤与对照组相比,B、C、D 组的肉鸡养殖利润分别提高 21.32%、21.32%和25.38%.综上,挤压膨化油莎豆颗粒饲料可以提高肉鸡的生长性能、血清免疫性能、血清抗氧化性能及经济效益.

The experiment aimed to study the extrusion puffing preparation process of extruded and puffed Cyperus esculentus pellet feed,and to investigate its effects on growth performance,serum immune function,serum antioxidant activity,and economic benefits of broilers.Single-factor and response surface experi-ments were used to optimize the extrusion and puffing preparation process parameters.A total of 400 21-day-old white-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 10 replicates per group and 10 broilers per replicate.The experimental diets supplemented with 0(control group A),5%(group B),10%(group C)and 15%(group D)extruded and puffed Cyperus esculentus pellet feed.The trial lasted 21 d.The results showed that:①the optimal preparation parameters for extruded and puffed Cyperus esculentus pellet feed were as follows:material moisture content of 21%,screw speed of 320 r/min,and Zone Ⅲ temperature of 170℃,under which the gelatinization degree was 91.1%.② Compared with the control group,the ADG and ADFI of broil-ers in groups B,C,and D were significantly increased(P<0.05),while F/G was significantly decreased(P<0.05).③ Compared with the control group,the IgA,IgG,and IgM levels in broilers of groups B,C,and D were significantly increased(P<0.05),while IL-2 and IL-6 levels were decreased,with a significant reduc-tion in IL-2 levels(P<0.05).④ Compared with the control group,the activities of T-AOC,SOD,GSH-Px,and CAT in broilers of groups B,C,and D were significantly increased(P<0.05),while MDA content was sig-nificantly decreased(P<0.05).⑤ Compared with the control group,the profit margins of broiler farming in groups B,C,and D increased by 21.32%,21.32%,and 25.38%,respectively.In conclusion,extruded and puffed Cyperus esculentus pellet feed could improve the growth performance,serum immune function,serum antioxidant capacity,and economic benefits of broilers.
