菜籽粕的营养价值及其在肉鸡生产中应用的研究进展OA
Research Progress on Evaluation of Nutritional Value of Rapeseed Meal and Its Application in Broiler Production
蛋白质饲料资源的严重短缺,一直是我国饲料与养殖行业面临的巨大挑战.为减少我国豆粕对外进口的依存度,畜牧业迫切需要获取其他优质的饲料蛋白质来源.菜籽粕(RSM)作为油菜籽榨油后的副产品,具有氨基酸均衡、蛋白质含量丰富、产量高、价格低的优点,拥有巨大的发展潜力,可代替肉鸡饲粮中部分豆粕.因RSM含有多种抗营养因子,从而限制其在肉鸡生产中的应用.近些年来,随着油菜育种和对其各种加工方法的不断改进,RSM中的抗营养因子含量随之降低.文章介绍了RSM的营养价值、抗营养因子,并阐述了RSM的脱毒方法及其在肉鸡饲粮中的应用.
The severe shortage of protein feed resources has long been a major challenge facing China's feed and livestock industries.To reduce the country's reliance on imported soybean meal,the livestock sector urgently needs to secure other high-quality sources of feed protein.Rapeseed meal(RSM),a byproduct of rapeseed oil extraction,offers the advantages of a balanced amino acid profile,high protein content,high yield,and low cost.It holds immense development potential and can partially replace soybean meal in broiler chicken feed.However,the presence of various antinutritional factors in RSM limits its application in broiler chicken production.In recent years,with continuous improvements in rapeseed breeding and various processing methods,the content of antinutritional factors in RSM has decreased.This article introduces the nutritional value and antinutritional factors of RSM,and discusses detoxification methods for RSM as well as its application in broiler chicken diets.
