中药调控NLRP3炎症小体防治炎症性肠病"炎-癌"转化作用机制研究进展OA

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic recurrent inflammatory disorder,whose long-term pathological process is closely associated with colorectal cancer,involving the core mechanism of"inflammation-cancer"transformation.NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)plays a crucial role in inflammatory responses,and its abnormal activation is closely related to the pathogenesis of various inflammatory diseases and tumors.By systematically reviewing the core role of the NLRP3 inflammasome in the"inflammation-cancer"transformation of IBD,this paper summarizes the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine intervening the pathological process of IBD through regulating the NLRP3 inflammasome.It aims to provide references for subsequent related mechanism research and clinical interventions.
