基于肠道菌群探讨中药防治骨关节炎研究进展OA

Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common disabling joint disease in orthopedics.The occurrence and progression of OA are closely associated with gut microbiota and their metabolites.Chinese materia medica(CMM)is characterized by its multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway therapeutic effects,serving as an important strategy for OA treatment.By reviewing relevant research findings,this paper starts with the correlation between gut microbiota,their metabolites and OA,discusses the preventive and therapeutic effects and mechanisms of CMM on OA from the perspectives of inflammation mediation and immune homeostasis,and improves the"CMM-microbiota-inflammation"regulatory network,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for subsequent clinical translation.
