综述杨梅素、花青素、丹酚酸B、白藜芦醇、红景天苷、隐丹参酮、山莨菪碱等多种中药单体,其可通过调控Janus酪氨酸蛋白激酶(JAK)/信号转导及转录活化因子(STAT)信号通路,调节磷酸化JAK(p-JAK)、p-STAT蛋白水平,下调炎症因子与基质降解酶、促进细胞外基质合成、增强自噬与抗氧化能力等途径,显著改善椎间盘退变的病理变化.

This article reviews various bioactive monomers derived from Chinese materia medica,such as myricetin,anthocyanins,salvianolic acid B,resveratrol,salidroside,cryptotanshinone,and anisodamine.These monomers can significantly ameliorate the pathological changes of intervertebral disc degeneration(IVDD)through regulating the Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT)signaling pathway.Specifically,they modulate the protein levels of phosphorylated JAK(p-JAK)and phosphorylated STAT(p-STAT),downregulate inflammatory cytokines and matrix-degrading enzymes,promote the synthesis of extracellular matrix,and enhance autophagy and antioxidant capacity,significantly improve the pathological changes of intervertebral disc degeneration.
