针刺联合火龙罐治疗风寒湿阻型肩关节周围炎的疗效观察OA

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with fire dragon cupping in the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder with wind-cold-dampness obstruction pattern.Method A total of 99 patients with periarthritis of the shoulder with wind-cold-dampness obstruction pattern were randomly divided into a conventional group(49 cases)and a fire dragon cupping group(50 cases).The conventional group received acupuncture treatment,while the fire dragon cupping group received fire dragon cupping therapy in addition to acupuncture treatment in the conventional group.Clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Changes in the Constant-Murley shoulder score,visual analog scale(VAS)score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,and serum inflammatory factor levels were observed before treatment,after treatment and at follow-up.Result The total effective rate in the fire dragon cupping group was 92.0%,which was higher than 75.5%in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment and at follow-up,the individual item scores and total score of the Constant-Murley shoulder score in both groups increased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05).The VAS scores,TCM pattern scores,and serum inflammatory factor levels in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05).The above indicators in the fire dragon cupping group were superior to those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with fire dragon cupping is more effective than acupuncture alone in the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder with wind-cold-dampness obstruction pattern.It can further relieve pain,improve symptoms,and regulate serum inflammatory factor levels.
