电针联合五禽戏对帕金森病患者运动功能和手功能的影响OA
Effect of electroacupuncture combined with Wu Qin Xi on motor function and hand function in patients with Parkinson's disease
目的 观察电针联合五禽戏对帕金森病患者运动功能和手功能的影响,以及其对患者血清谷氨酰转肽酶(gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase,GGT)和生长分化因子15(growth differentiation factor 15,GDF-15)水平的影响.方法 将收治的 82例帕金森病患者随机分为运动组和联合组,每组41 例.运动组进行五禽戏运动干预,联合组在运动组五禽戏运动干预基础上联合电针治疗.观察两组治疗前后运动功能[统一帕金森病评定量表(unified Parkinson's disease rating scale,UPDRS)Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ部分的评分]、手功能[易拉罐颠倒测试(soda pop test,SPT)和普渡钉板测试(Purdue pegboard test,PPT)结果]、氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)]、神经因子指标[脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)、神经营养因子-3(neurotrophin-3,NT-3)、神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron specific enolase,NSE)]、血清GGT和GDF-15 水平的变化.结果 治疗后,两组UPDRSⅠ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ部分的评分、MDA、NSE、GGT和 GDF-15水平均降低(P<0.05),且联合组上述指标均低于运动组(P<0.05);两组SPT、PPT、SOD、GSH-Px、BDNF、NT-3和NGF水平均升高(P<0.05),且联合组上述指标水平均高于运动组(P<0.05).结论 电针联合五禽戏干预可改善帕金森病患者的运动功能和手功能,可减轻氧化应激损伤,降低血清 GGT 和GDF-15水平.
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with Wu Qin Xi(Five-animal Exercises)on motor function and hand function in patients with Parkinson's disease,as well as its effect on serum gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)and growth differentiation factor 15(GDF-15)levels.Method A total of 82 patients with Parkinson's disease were randomly divided into an exercise group and a combined group,with 41 cases in each group.The exercise group received Wu Qin Xi exercise intervention,while the combined group received electroacupuncture in addition to the Wu Qin Xi exercise intervention used in the exercise group.Changes in motor function[unified Parkinson's disease rating scale(UPDRS)parts Ⅰ,Ⅰ and Ⅲ scores],hand function[soda pop test(SPT)and Purdue pegboard test(PPT)results],oxidative stress indices[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)],neurotrophic factor indices[brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),neurotrophin-3(NT-3),nerve growth factor(NGF),and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)],and serum GGT and GDF-15 levels were observed before and after treatment.Result After treatment,UPDRS parts Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ scores,MDA,NSE,GGT,and GDF-15 levels decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and these indicators in the combined group were lower than those in the exercise group(P<0.05).SPT,PPT,SOD,GSH-Px,BDNF,NT-3,and NGF levels increased in both groups(P<0.05),and these indicators in the combined group were higher than those in the exercise group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with Wu Qin Xi intervention can improve motor function and hand function in patients with Parkinson's disease,reduce oxidative stress injury,and decrease serum GGT and GDF-15 levels.
