基于温阳祛湿探究苓桂术甘汤与艾灸的免疫应答效应分析OA

Dampness is a Yin pathogen characterized by its viscous and sticky nature,which easily obstructs Qi move-ment and damages Yang Qi.Therefore,the method of warming Yang is required to transform Qi and dispel dampness.Both Linggui Zhugan Tang(Poria,Cinnamon Twig,White Atractylodes,and Licorice Decoction)and moxibustion possess this effect.Originating from Zhang Zhongjing's Jingui Yaolue(Essentials from the Golden Cabinet),Linggui Zhugan Tang has been regarded as the premier formula for dispelling dampness throughout history.Its four ingredients—Fuling,Guizhi,Bai-zhu,and Gancao—are precisely combined to warm,transform,seep,and drain dampness and retained fluid.Moxibustion,acting through thermal stimulation,infrared radiation,and the effects of moxa smoke,functions to warm and supplement Yang Qi,dispel cold,and remove dampness.Both modalities can support healthy Qi and eliminate pathogenic factors,thereby enhancing the body's immune function.Moxibustion can not only warm Yang and support healthy Qi,improving the transportation,transformation,and absorption of the decoction,but also replenish Yang Qi consumed during the metabolism of the medicinal decoction.The combination of moxibustion and Linggui Zhugan Tang yields a synergistic effect,further regulating the immune response.This study analyzes the immunomodulatory effects of the synergistic interaction between Linggui Zhugan Tang and moxibustion based on the principle of warming Yang to dispel dampness.
