增值评价旨在追踪教育周期内学生的纵向发展情况,精准评估学校教育对学生成长的"净效应".美国拥有学习成果测增值、中介变量测增值、事后反馈测增值三种较为成熟的大学生学业成就增值评价模式,可为我国构建中国特色高等教育增值评价体系提供经验借鉴.参照美国模式的具体表现和主要挑战,我国可彰显教育性、发展性、综合性评价理念,推动增值评价体系的本土化改造、动态化更新与适应性提升,探索人机协同的智能化增值评价范式,增强增值评价项目的认知度、传播度、使用率.

Value-added assessment tracks the vertical development of students within a certain educational cycle,and accurately assess the"net effect"of school education on student growth.The United States has three mature assessment mode,including learning outcome measurement,mediator variable measurement,and post feedback measurement,which can provide experience and reference for China to build a value-added assessment system for higher education with Chinese characteristics.Referring to the specific manifestations and main challenges of American mode,China can demonstrate the educational,developmental,and comprehensive assessment concepts,promote the localization,dynamic updating,and adaptability improvement of the value-added assessment system,explore the intelligent value-added assessment paradigm under human-machine collaboration,and enhance the awareness,dissemination,and utilization of value-added assessment projects.
