日本中小学教师应用生成式人工智能的理念分析与实践探索OACHSSCD
Concept Analysis and Practical Exploration of the Application of Generative Artificial Intelligence by Japanese Primary and Secondary School Teachers
在生成式人工智能席卷全球的背景下,日本积极推进其在中小学课堂教学中的应用并取得一定成效.通过对日本教育界生成式人工智能的理念分析与政策解码,探讨教师对生成式人工智能的理解与相处之道,进而从技术认知、文化嵌入、伦理关怀、主体发展四个角度,形成教师在课堂上应用生成式人工智能的有效路径.结合日本的经验并基于我国实际,从国家、学校、个人三个层面出发,思考对我国中小学教师的启示,以培养具有人工智能素养的人才.
Against the backdrop of embedding generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)into the world,Japan actively promotes its application to empower primary and secondary school teaching and achieves certain results.This study analyzes the concept of GenAI and interprets relevant policies to delve into teachers'understanding and approaches to engaging with this technology.Moreover,a four-dimension framework is established for teachers to apply GenAI in the classroom,encompassing technological cognition,cultural integration,ethical considerations,and professional development.Finally,based on the experiences of Japan and the actual situation in China,this paper considers the enlightenment for primary and secondary school teachers from the perspectives of the country,schools and individuals,in order to cultivate students with artificial intelligence literacy.
