师范类专业认证视域下我国师范专业毕业要求合理性评价研究OACHSSCD
Research on the Rationality Evaluation of Graduation Requirements for Teacher Education Programs in China from the Perspective of Teacher Professional Certification
师范类专业认证是规范引导师范类专业建设、提高教师培养质量的重要举措.对毕业要求进行合理性评价是认证工作的内在要求.通过查阅2024年、2025年对23所高校进校考察的毕业要求合理性评价报告发现,当前很多专业存在对毕业要求合理性评价对象认识不清、评价报告书写不规范等问题.基于此,从毕业要求与外部需求的契合性、内在构成的科学性、评价的组织实施(评价主体、周期和形式)等方面,构建毕业要求合理性评价的基本范式,以期为师范专业撰写毕业要求合理性评价报告提供参考.
Teacher professional certification is an important measure to regulate and guide the development of teacher education programs and improve the quality of teacher training.The rationality evaluation of graduation requirements is an inherent requirement of the certification.By reviewing the rationality evaluation reports from 23 universities that underwent on-site inspections in 2024 and 2025,it was found that many programs face issues such as an unclear understanding of the evaluation objects and non-standardized reports.Based on these findings,this study constructs a fundamental paradigm for the rationality evaluation of graduation requirements,focusing on their alignment with external demands,the scientificity of their internal composition,and the implementation of the evaluation process(including evaluators,cycles,and methods).This research aims to provide a reference for teacher education programs in compiling rationality evaluation reports for graduation requirements.
