Connotation and Evaluation of Young Children's Participation in Class Convention Construction from the Perspective of Core Competencies
幼儿参与班级公约建设是一项基于真实生活的探究性学习,高度契合儿童身心发展规律和社会对人才素养的要求.将培养目标归纳为道德观、自主性和社会化三大发展领域,包括幼儿认知、情绪情感和行为三个参与维度,提出创设问题情境、表达与协商、成文与命名、监督与反馈、回顾与修订五个环环相扣的实施策略,构建反映建设成效的完整评价观测指标,以保障公约建设的科学性和有效性.
Young children's participation in class convention construction constitutes an inquiry-based learning grounded in real-life contexts,aligning closely with the laws of children's physical and mental development and society's requirements for talent competency.This study categorizes cultivation objectives into three major developmental domains:morality,autonomy,socialization.Children participate from three dimensions:cognition,emotion,behavior.Five interlinked implementation strategies are proposed,i.e.,creating problem scenarios,expression and negotiation,drafting and naming,supervision and feedback,and review and revision.This study constructs a comprehensive set of evaluation indicators to ensure the scientific and effective construction of the convention.
