推动乡村小规模学校高质量发展的关键在于建设一支高素质的教师队伍,而科学的教师评价体系是激发教师活力、提升教育质量的核心杠杆.当前,这类学校的教师评价普遍陷入"制度依附"困境,简单套用普通学校的评价模式,导致评价目标、内容、标准、主体及结果运用均难以契合其实际情境,发展性功能未能有效发挥.因此,必须破除"一刀切"的思维,立足乡土实际与自身优势,构建一套尊重差异、贴近教学、能驱动内涵发展的个性化评价方案.
Fostering high-quality development in rural small-scale schools hinges on building a high-caliber teaching workforce,with a scientific teacher evaluation system serving as the central mechanism for motivating teachers and improving educational quality.Currently,teacher evaluation in such schools often falls into the trap of"institutional dependency",where evaluation modes designed for conventional schools are applied indiscriminately.This results in misalignment across evaluation objectives,content,criteria,participants,and the use of results,failing to suit the actual conditions of these schools and thus undermining the developmental purpose of evaluation.It is therefore imperative to develop a differentiated evaluation framework that respects contextual variations,stays closely connected to teaching practice,and promotes substantive school improvement by taking into account local realities and inherent strengths.
