基于层次结构引导LoG滤波的红外星图去噪算法OA
Infrared Star Map Denoising AlgorithmBased on Hierarchical Structure-guided Laplacian of Gaussian Filtering
针对探测器自身原因及外部环境引入的时间相关性噪声导致星图信噪比(SNR)低的问题,本文提出一种层次结构引导的高斯拉普拉斯算子(LoG)滤波去噪算法.该方法以单帧红外星图为处理对象,构建目标、过渡与背景三层矩形区域,融合标准LoG算子进行响应加权,实现恒星目标增强与背景噪声抑制,最后通过星点扩散连通域提取星点.经真实地基红外星图验证,所提算法在保持星点结构完整性的同时,有效抑制星图噪声.相比传统去噪算法,去噪后图像SNR提升18.8%,背景抑制因子(BSF)提升80.6%,整体性能优于传统去噪方法.该方法针对单帧图像,计算效率高,便于嵌入式平台部署,适用于星点检测与实时天文观测任务的图像去噪处理,具有良好的工程实用性与推广价值.
To address the issue of low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)in star images caused by time-correlated noise introduced by the detector and external environment,this paper proposes a infrared star map denoising algorithm based on hierarchical structure-guided Laplacian of Gaussian(LoG)filtering.Single-frame infrared star images are takenas the processing objects,and a three-layer rectangular region comprising the target,transition,and background areas is constructed.By integrating the standard LoG operator for response weighting,the algorithm enhances the star targets while suppressing the background noise.The star points are extracted from the diffusion-based connected domain.The experimental validation on real ground-based infrared star images demonstrates that the proposed method effectively suppresses noise while preserving the structural integrity of star points.Compared with traditional denoising algorithms,the proposed approach achieves an 18.8%improvement in the image SNR and an 80.6%increase in the background suppression factor(BSF).The algorithm is computationally efficient for single-frame processing,making it well-suited for the deployment on embedded platforms and applicable to star detection and real-time astronomical observation tasks.It offers strong engineering practicality and significant potential for broader application.
