柿广翅蜡蝉越冬卵在油茶树上的空间分布型及过冷却点OA
Spatial Distribution Pattern on Camellia oleifera and Supercooling Point of Ricania sublimbata Overwintering Eggs
柿广翅蜡蝉(Ricania sublimbata)是油茶树上的重要害虫.本研究调查了柿广翅蜡蝉在油茶树上的危害特征,并利用10种聚集度指标法对其越冬卵在油茶树上的空间分布型及过冷却点进行测定分析.结果表明,柿广翅蜡蝉在油茶树南半部的危害率为(6.43±0.59)%,显著高于北半部的(4.30±0.46)%;越冬卵在油茶枝条中呈双行互生竖条状排列,产卵刻痕外部覆盖一层絮状白色蜡丝,产卵刻痕长(15.95±0.96)mm,宽(2.02±0.06)mm;产卵枝条的直径为(2.69±0.05)mm,平均每产卵枝条上有(19.68±0.96)粒越冬卵;越冬卵长(1.12±0.01)mm,宽(0.51±0.01)mm;越冬卵的过冷却点和结冰点分别为(-11.61±0.18)℃和(-10.89±0.17)℃;越冬卵在油茶树南半部、北半部和整株油茶树上的空间分布型均为聚集分布.本研究结果可为柿广翅蜡蝉的预测预报和绿色防控提供数据参考.
Ricania sublimbata is one of the important insect pests on Camellia oleifera.This study investi-gated the damage characteristics of R.sublimbata on C.oleifera,determined the spatial distribution pattern of overwintering eggs on C.oleifera using 10 aggregation indexes,and also their supercooling point.The results showed that the damage rate of the southern half of the tree was(6.43±0.59)%,which was significantly high-er than that of the northern half[(4.30±0.46)%].The overwintering eggs were arranged in double rows of al-ternate vertical strips in the branches of C.oleifera,and the oviposition scars were covered with a layer of white wax filament;the oviposition scar was(15.95±0.96)mm in length and(2.02±0.06)mm in width.The diameter of laying branches was(2.69±0.05)mm,and there were(19.68±0.96)overwintering eggs on each laying branch.The overwintering eggs was(1.12±0.01)mm in length and(0.51±0.01)mm in width.The su-percooling point and freezing point of overwintering eggs were(-11.61±0.18)℃ and(-10.89±0.17)℃,respectively.The spatial distribution patterns of overwintering eggs in the southern half,the northern half and the whole tree were aggregation distribution.The results of this study could provide data references for predic-tion and green control of R.sublimbata.
