新疆6个欧洲李品种休眠枝抗寒性研究OA
Cold Resistance of Dormant Branches of Six European Plume Varieties in Xinjiang
为探明新疆不同欧洲李品种抗寒性的差异,本试验以'斯泰勒''塔城酸梅''法兰西''理查德早生''女神''总统'为供试品种,研究低温胁迫处理下6个欧洲李品种休眠期一年生枝条抗寒性相关指标的变化,计算其半致死温度,并利用隶属函数法对6个欧洲李品种的抗寒性进行综合评价.结果表明,6个欧洲李品种枝条的半致死温度分别为-30.88 ℃(塔城酸梅)、-25.34 ℃(理查德早生)、-24.25℃(法兰西)、-24.24 ℃(总统)、-23.45℃(斯泰勒)和-22.56 ℃(女神).随着处理温度降低,6个欧洲李品种休眠期枝条的相对电导率呈上升趋势,丙二醛含量的变化趋势呈"M"形即上升-下降-上升-下降的变化趋势,可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸含量呈先上升后下降趋势,可溶性糖含量则呈先下降后上升趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性整体上呈现出先上升后下降再上升的变化趋势,而过氧化物酶(POD)活性整体上呈先上升后下降趋势.选取8个抗寒性相关指标,利用隶属函数法对6个欧洲李品种枝条的抗寒性进行综合评价,结果为'塔城酸梅'>'理查德早生'>'总统'>'斯泰勒'>'法兰西'>'女神'.
To investigate the differences in cold resistance of different European plum varieties in Xin-jiang,this experiment was conducted using the varieties of'Stanley','Tacheng Suanmei','Frence','Richard Early','Empress'and'President'.The changes of cold resistance related indexes in dormant an-nual branches of the six European plum varieties were investigated under low temperature stress treatments,their semi-lethal temperatures were calculated,and their cold resistance was evaluated using the method of membership function.The results showed that the semi-lethal temperature of the branches of the six varieties were-30.88 ℃('Tacheng Suanmei'),-25.34 ℃('Richard Early'),-24.25 ℃('Frence'),-24.24 ℃('President'),-23.45 ℃('Stanley'),and-22.56 ℃('Empress').As the stress temperature de-creased,the relative conductivity of dormant branches of the six European plums showed an increasing trend,the malondialdehyde content showed an increasing-decreasing-increasing-decreasing trend,the soluble protein and proline contents showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing,the soluble sugar content showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activi-ties showed the trend of increasing-decreasing-increasing,while the peroxidase(POD)activity showed first increasing and then decreasing.Eight indexes were selected for the comprehensive evaluation by membership function method,and the results showed that the cold resistance of the six European plum varieties was ordered as'Tacheng Suanmei'>'Richard Early'>'President'>'Stanley'>'Frence'>'Empress'.
