新质生产力视域下科学家精神融入医药人才培育路径探析OA

The integration of the development of new quality productive forces with the cultivation of the spirit of scientists is not only an intrinsic requirement of scientific and technological innovation but also a timely imperative for the training of pharmaceutical talents.Against the backdrop of new quality productive forces accelerating transformations in the pharmaceutical industry,cultivating talents who embody both innovative capabilities and the spirit of scientists has become a vital mission for pharmaceutical universities.This paper,grounded in the intrinsic logical alignment between new quality productive forces and the spirit of scientists in the new era,analyzes the contemporary characteristics of the scientific spirit from this perspective and,taking China Pharmaceutical University as a case,explores a multi-dimensional collaborative education pathway centered on"value guidance,practical tempering,academic dialogue,and platform support".Through initiatives such as role-model demonstration,university-local cooperation,academic forums,and interdisciplinary integration,the study constructs a cultivation paradigm with distinct pharmaceutical characteristics,aiming to provide referential experience for talent development practices in pharmaceutical institutions.
