海洋生物来源抗肿瘤寡肽的研究进展OA
Research progress on anti-tumor oligopeptides derived from marine organisms
癌症是世界上导致死亡的主要疾病之一,这使得抗肿瘤药物的研究仍然是医学发展的主要领域.近年来,由于海洋生物的特殊性与复杂性,从而引发了人们对海洋生物中化合物的探究.许多研究表明,来源于海洋生物的寡肽可通过诱导细胞凋亡而发挥抗肿瘤作用.而小分子肽具有吸收快、易于进入细胞和组织等优势,成了抗肿瘤靶向治疗的新方向.近些年的报道中也表明了海洋生物来源的寡肽具有抗肿瘤作用,然而这些海洋寡肽的发现与抗癌机制仍处于探究阶段,本文通过物种分类,对各种海洋生物来源的抗肿瘤寡肽进行重点介绍.
Cancer remains one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide,making the development of antineoplastic drugs a critical focus in medical research.In recent years,the unique and complex characteristics of marine organisms have attracted increasing attention,prompting extensive exploration of their bioactive compounds.Numerous studies have demonstrated that oligopeptides derived from marine organisms can exert anti-tumor effects through the induction of apoptosis.Small molecular peptides offer advantages such as rapid absorption and efficient cellular and tissue penetration,making them promising candidates for targeted anti-cancer therapies.However,the identification and underlying mechanisms of action of marine-derived oligopeptides are still under investigation.This article provides a comprehensive review of anti-tumor oligopeptides isolated from various marine species,categorized by their biological sources.
