Innovative trends and industry application practices in HMI design

系统梳理了工业 4.0 与智能化背景下人机界面(Human Machine Interface,HMI)在硬件、软件及交互 3 个层面的创新趋势.并结合工业自动化、智能汽车及智能制造等行业的应用实践,指出HMI正从"功能实现"向"体验驱动"、从"孤立终端"向"生态节点"演进.同时,分析了当前面临的技术融合、系统互操作及伦理隐私等挑战,并对环境智能、脑机接口及可持续设计等未来方向作出展望.

Innovation trends of the Human Machine Interface(HMI)at three levels—hardware,software,and interaction—were systematically sorted out against the backdrop of Industry 4.0 and intelligentization.Combined with application practices in industries such as industrial automation,intelligent vehicles,and smart manufacturing,it was pointed out that HMI was evolving from"function realization"to"experience-driven"and from"isolated terminal"to"ecological node".Meanwhile,current challenges including technology integration,system interoperability,and ethical privacy were analyzed,and future directions such as ambient intelligence,brain-computer interface,and sustainable design were prospected.
