The fault diagnosis of turbochargers often relies on the engineering experience of maintenance personnel.To enable newcomers to quickly identify the malfunctions occurring during the operation of turbochargers and achieve the goal of rapid maintenance,this paper summarizes and analyzes the common faults of turbochargers,puts forward the general procedures for rapid diagnosis as well as the daily maintenance methods for turbochargers,thus providing a reference for designing more stable turbochargers and solving turbocharger fault problems.
