基于有限元理论的折叠式防突钻机设计及仿真OA
Design and simulation on foldable drilling rig based on finite element analysis
针对现有防突钻机整机结构尺寸偏大、作业灵活性不足及工作效率较低等问题,基于防突钻机结构与工作原理分析,设计了一种折叠式防突钻机.通过对给进机构与回转机构的结构优化,在给进机构底部增设回转装置,实现了钻机的折叠功能.利用 ANSYS Workbench 对整机进行静力学与动力学分析,结果表明:关键部件强度与振动特性满足设计要求,整机结构尺寸显著降低,钻孔作业灵活性与工作效率得到有效提升.
To address the issues of the large overall structural dimensions,insufficient operational flexibility,and low work efficiency in existing outburst prevention drill rigs,a foldable outburst prevention drill rig was designed based on an analysis of its structure and working principle.Through structural optimization of the feeding mechanism and the slewing mechanism,a slewing device was added at the base of the feeding mechanism to enable the folding function of the drill rig.Static and dynamic analyses of the complete machine were conducted using ANSYS Workbench.The results showed that the strength and vibration characteristics of the key components met the design requirements,the overall structural dimensions of the rig were significantly reduced,and both the flexibility of drilling operations and work efficiency were effectively improved.
