基于傅里叶变换红外光谱和化学计量学的沥青老化规律OA
Asphalt aging rules based on ATR-FTIR and chemometrics analysis
为了研究不同油源沥青老化过程中化学结构的变化规律,建立沥青的快速鉴别模型,文章基于傅里叶变换红外光谱和化学计量学分析,采用相似度分析、主成分分析、聚类分析和偏最小二乘判别分析,测试 5 种沥青老化前后共 30 个样本的红外光谱,对不同油源沥青老化后化学成分的变化规律进行研究.结果表明:老化前后沥青样本相似度较高,不同油源的沥青样本相关系数区间存在差别,老化后产生了碳基和亚砜基官能团,羰基指数和亚砜基指数随老化程度加深而升高;相同沥青以及相同油源的沥青在老化前后的样本仍然属于同一类别,空间距离接近,而不同油源沥青的空间距离相差很大;建立的偏最小二乘判别函数可以用来区分不同油源的沥青样本,准确率可达 100%.
To study the evolution of chemical structures in asphalt from different crude oil sources during the aging process and establishing a rapid identification model,based on Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR)Spectroscopy combined with chemometrics analysis,this study examined 30 samples from five types of asphalt before and after aging.Similarity analysis,principal component Analysis(PCA),and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA),and partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)were employed to characterize the chemical changes induced by aging.The results show that the similarity of asphalt samples before and after aging is high,and there are differences in the correlation coefficient range of asphalt samples from different oil sources.Aging leads to the formation of carbonyl index and sulfoxide indices increase with the deepening of aging.Samples of the same asphalt and those from the same oil source remain within the same cluster with small spatial distances before and after aging,whereas samples from different oil sources show significant separation.The established PLS-DA model effectively distinguishes function can be used to distinguishes asphalts from different oil sources with an accuracy of 100%,demonstrating its reliability for rapid identification and classification of asphalt materials.
