本文聚焦鸡球虫病防控中出现的抗药性问题,以我国北方农牧交错区(如内蒙古鄂托克前旗)及典型病例(石泉县两河镇养殖场)为研究对象,分析抗药性产生机制与防控困境,发现存在长期单一用药导致虫株耐药性显著上升、传统检测手段滞后及传统药物效力下降的问题,由此提出轮换穿梭用药、建立快速检测系统和疫苗结合管理等精准防治策略.本研究表明,多措协同可有效延缓抗药性、提升防控精准度,为养鸡业可持续发展提供技术支撑.

This article focuses on the issue of drug resistance in the prevention and control of coccidiosis,taking the northern agro-pastoral transition zone of China(such as Qianqi,Otog Front Banner in Inner Mongolia)and typical cases(breeding farms in Lianghe Town,Shiquan County)as research objects.It analyzes the mechanisms of drug resis-tance development and the challenges in prevention and control,finding problems such as significant increases in resis-tance due to long-term single-drug use,lagging traditional detection methods,and decreased efficacy of conventional drugs.Based on this,precise prevention and control strategies are proposed,including rotational and shuttle medication,establishing rapid detection systems,and combining vaccines with management practices.The study shows that through multiple coordinated measures,drug resistance can be effectively delayed,and the precision of prevention and control can be improved,providing technical support for the sustainable development of the poultry industry.
