牛乳铁蛋白对蛋鸡生产性能的影响OA
The Effect of Bovine Lactoferrin on the Production Performance of Laying Hens
为探究牛乳铁蛋白对蛋鸡生产性能及鸡蛋品质的影响,本试验选取28周龄海克斯褐壳商品蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组25只.第1组为对照组,仅饲喂自配基础日粮;第2、3、4组为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加300、400、500 mg/kg牛乳铁蛋白.预试期7 d,试验期42 d.结果表明:与试验1组相比,试验3组、4组蛋鸡的平均蛋重和平均产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),但二者与试验2组之间无显著差异.试验2组、3组、4组蛋鸡平均日采食量均显著低于试验1组(P<0.05).在料蛋比方面,试验3组与试验4组之间无显著差异,但均显著低于试验1组和试验2组(P<0.05).各处理组间蛋黄颜色和蛋壳厚度均无显著差异,单从数值上看,使用牛乳铁蛋白在一定程度上能增加蛋黄颜色,且蛋黄颜色随着牛乳铁蛋白添加量的增加而提升.综上,不同添加量的牛乳铁蛋白对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的提升效果存在差异,其中试验3组(400 mg/kg添加量)的生产性能最优,试验4组(500 mg/kg添加量)的蛋品质最佳.
To investigate the effects of bovine lactoferrin on the productive performance and egg quality of laying hens,a total of 28-week-old Hy-Line Brown commercial laying hens were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 25 birds per group.Group 1 served as the control group,which was fed only a self-prepared basal diet;Groups 2,3 and 4 were the ex-perimental groups,supplemented with 300,400 and 500 mg/kg of bovine lactoferrin in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-liminary trial lasted for 7 days,followed by a 42-day formal trial.The results showed that compared with Group 1,the average egg weight and average laying rate of laying hens in Groups 3 and 4 were significantly increased(P<0.05),whereas no signifi-cant differences were found between these two groups and Group 2.The average daily feed intake of laying hens in Groups 2,3 and 4 was significantly lower than that in Group 1(P<0.05).In terms of the feed-to-egg ratio,there was no significant difference between Group 3 and Group 4,but both were significantly lower than those in Group 1 and Group 2(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in yolk color and eggshell thickness among all treatment groups.However,in terms of numerical values,dietary supplementation with bovine lactoferrin could improve yolk color to a certain extent,and this improvement was positively correlated with the addition level of bovine lactoferrin.In conclusion,different levels of bovine lactoferrin exerted differential effects on improving the productive performance and egg quality of laying hens.Specifically,Group 3(supple-mented with 400 mg/kg bovine lactoferrin)exhibited the optimal productive performance,while Group 4(supplemented with 500 mg/kg bovine lactoferrin)achieved the best egg quality.
